A small basement, I barely found the entrance from, in the middle of Emmental, in the middle of the principal town Langnau. A small lounge was standing just at the end of the entrance stairs, the room also contained a bar and at the other end the instruments were put up and ready in a corner. Kinda reminded me of the party rooms back of class mates then during school times. It was still pretty empty, when I arrived, jam-packed when the concert started though.
Once again Undiscovered Soul played another great concert. Therefor many known faces were recogniced in the audience. I indeed wondered, whether it was carnival or why suddendly some guys were standing next to me in tiger, dinosaurs or bear costumes. However, it was again a funny and entertaining evening that rocked.
In the small setting the six of Undiscovered Soul presented again next to older songs like “Nothing”, “Let The Time Pass By” or “Hunt For Love” from their album “Dresscode Love”, the tracks of their actuall EP “Yello” – “Run Baby Run” or “Categorize”. But of course the new tracks of the upcoming EP “Purple”, e.g. “Tandem” (one of my favourites), couldn’t be missing. The audience kept listening, dancing and cheering again.
To bring it to a close they went down into the audience to play their last encore only accompained by an accoustic guitare. So another great concert ended and I always look forward to the next one. It sure will follow soon.
