Event tip: Dean Lewis at Halle 622 Zurich

Dean Lewis 07.04.2019 Zurich

Dean Lewis is coming back to Zurich! In April 2019 I saw him live for the first time when he enchanted his audience in the sold-out Kaufleuten with songs such as “7 Minutes” and “Waves”. At that time I remained quite speechless. I just randomly stumbled over him on Spotify. Only about half a year earlier he played at the small Papiersaal. That evening, however, everyone in the 800 people capacity venue could sing along all of his songs with word by word.

Dean Lewis now has more than 7.5 billion streams of his music and more than 3.8 million albums and EPS sold worldwide. With his song “Be Alright” he was recorded in the Spotify “Billion Club” and has over 1.1 million YouTube and 1.7 million Tik Tok followers. With “Hurtless” he wrote the continuation of “Be Alright”. The song deals with the tearing end of a relationship with the hope of a happier future. After just 48 hours, the song on Spotify recorded over 1 million views. Dean Lewis only puts himself in the shade. “How do I Say Goodbye” he wrote when cancer was diagnosed with his father in 2019. In the meantime he is in remission and Dean Lewis can bring the song on stage with a grateful grin. After just one month, the latter cracked the 50 million streams on Spotify. The Dutch DJ Tiësto even asked him to make a remix of the song.

Since the end of 2021, the passionate musician has already played two sold -out shows in Zurich. On Wednesday, 5th April 2023, Dean Lewis will come to Hall 622 with his new album “The Hardest Love” and I recommend being there!
